GPS @ WareSpace

In September 2024, we started renting a unit at WareSpace St Paul located at 801 Transfer Rd, St Paul, MN 55114. This space allows us to process the donations and inventory we get for our Charity Auctions and online shoppe sales. Additionally, we are able to hold meetings and do other office work there.

GPS Partners, Members, and Clubs

Do you need a space to hold a small gathering? As part of Geek Partnership Society, you could utilize our WareSpace amenities.

Please follow the application process below.

The facility has the following amenities available:
– wifi
– climate control
– security cameras throughout

The facility has the following three spaces available for use.
(1) Small Conference Room: has a TV w/ HDMI cord, table, whiteboard, and four chairs. Room can fit up to 8 people.
(2) Larger Conference Room: has a TV w/ HDMI cord, table, whiteboard, and eight chairs. Room can fit up to 16 people.
(3) Break Room: has five small tables, 20 chairs, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and a pop/snack machine. There is room to bring some more tables and chairs, if you need them.

Unfortunately, WareSpace is not a 100% Accessible building. However, there is a ramp that can be used for mobility devices as long as there is another person to open the door for them. Also, there are no automatic doors.

Your event is responsible for:
– Bringing anything you need for the event. (i.e. plates, table coverings, extra chairs, laptop, etc.)
– Ensuring the security of the building. (i.e. not sharing door codes or letting unknown persons follow you in.)
– Ensuring attendees stay in reserved spaces and the hallway between the NE and SE vestibules. Wandering through the warehouse is discouraged. (Note: there are security cameras throughout the facility.)
– When you leave, the reserved space(s) should be in equal or better condition than when you arrived.
– Your event is responsible for any damages incurred by your attendees.

Application Process

Request Timeline:
Requests should be submitted as far in advance as possible. Facility use is first come, first serve, and staffing is limited.

Request Requirements
– You or your organization must be affiliated with GPS.
– Your event cannot deny use of WareSpace amenities to WareSpace tenants.
– Event Host needs to attend a facility tour with a GPS staff member in advance of your event. (*individual hosts only need to attend one tour.)
