Geek Partnership COVID update

Hello! As of July 1, 2021, most of the restrictions that the state of Minnesota imposed will be lifted. And so, GPS is updating our policies as concerns COVID-19. We are back to our original occupancy limits.

The basic rules are:

• Vaccinated people:  not required to wear face coverings inside the facility
• Unvaccinated people:  we are asking unvaccinated people to continue to wear face coverings inside the facility. The CDC strongly recommends this.
• We ask all people using the facility to normalize staying home when they are sick.
• We are providing cleaning supplies.  We ask that all groups that use the facility clean all hard surface touch points after their meeting/gathering.

And there’s always the fundamental policy of “Don’t be a jerk”. If someone in your group asks you to wear a face covering, please do so if you can. If someone in your group cannot wear a face covering for whatever reason, please do not exclude them but try things like social distancing.
