We are a society celebrating imagination, inspiring creativity and building our community through service and education. We are constantly looking for partners in this work, and are pleased to be allied with those listed below. Strategic partners
Partners at this level give GPS medium to large grants to support our community outreach via scholarships, programs and events. They also allow GPS to host charity auctions and promotional events at their conventions. In return, we promote their organizations and events and help support their non-profit status. Current partners include:
- Anime Twin Cities (ATC) and their event Anime Detour
- Convergence Events, Inc. (CEI) and their event CONvergence
Facilities partners
Partners at this level give GPS large grants to support the Event Horizon center to support the geek community in the Twin Cities. In return, they have storage and office space at the facility and may freely use our meeting rooms. Current partners include:
- Anime Twin Cities (ATC) and their event Anime Detour
Supporting partners
Partners at this level give GPS small grants to support the activities of GPS, as well as allow GPS to host our charity auctions and promotional events at their conventions. In return, they receive deep discounts on using the Event Horizon community center as well as a mail slot and miscellaneous services. Current partners include:
- CONsole Room, a Doctor Who convention
- Minnesota Science Fiction Society, Inc (MinnStf) and their event MiniCon
- MNFurs and their event Furry Migration
Community partners
Partners at this level are nonprofit geek organizations or clubs that align with our mission and values and promote GPS as an organization. In return, they can qualify for discounts to use the Event Horizon space and we promote their organizations and events. Current partners include:

- Nordskogen: Barony of the Kingdom of Northshield (The Twin Cities branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc.)
